Can I disconnect Google or change how I sign in?

Yes, from Settings → Security. Set a password first if you're disconnecting Google, so you don't get locked out.

How is my account data handled?

Your study data is stored securely and never sold. To stop using TOEFLPrep without losing your history, deactivate your account from Settings → Security. It signs you out everywhere and keeps your data, just disabled. If you'd rather have your data permanently deleted, or want to access or export it, email us and we'll take care of it. Can I practice just one section, or do I need to take a full mock test?

Either. Take a full mock test for the complete exam experience, or drill just one section: Reading, Listening, Speaking, or Writing.

How does the AI feedback work, and how accurate is it?

Every Speaking and Writing response is graded by AI against the same categories real raters use: delivery, language use, and topic development for Speaking; grammar, vocabulary, and coherence for Writing, with sentence-level notes on what to fix. Free accounts get one graded response per skill; Premium grades every attempt, up to a generous daily limit. Scores are for practice and progress tracking, not an official ETS score.

Upgrading takes under a minute from the plans page, and there's no lock-in: manage your card, switch between monthly and yearly, download invoices, or cancel, all from Settings → Subscription via the secure Stripe portal. If you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of what you paid for.
